Our InTune Program
Our InTune Program teaches eastern & western approaches to pain and stress management
You will learn mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, self hypnosis. To stay in control we also teach western approaches to pain and stress management from a psychological perspective, you will learn cognitive behavioral therapy including problem solving and how to challenge negative thinking and moods.
Other psychological interventions available at our center used in conjunction with the above programs include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for pain
- Mindfulness meditation for anxiety, stress, wellbeing
- Self hypnosis for Pain
- PTSD treatment
- EEG Neurofeedback for migraine headaches & stress
- Exposure and Response Prevention (CBT) for specific anxiety disorders (social phobia, OCD, panic disorder)
